Bar Graphs of Monthly Costs

A new feature provided in the Drug Plan Finder is the bar graph of monthly costs. By viewing the following bar graphs, you can anticipate future drug costs if you continue to use the same drugs you are currently taking. See examples below:

Example 1: Person receiving full ‘extra help' will have only a small change in the monthly cost over 12 months ($22 to $26/month).

Example 2: Person who pays an annual deductible, but low copayments may experience very little gap coverage.

Example 3: Person who pays a higher premium and higher copayments can still save in overall drug costs and can more easily budget for drug costs.
