There are 53 stand-alone Medicare Part D prescription plans offered by 23 vendors in our seven-state region ( Wyoming , Montana , North Dakota , Minnesota , Iowa , Nebraska and South Dakota ) for 2007.  All plans offered will be variations on the Standard Plan drug benefit as outlined below. Variations include lower or no deductibles, tiered co-payments and coinsurance, coverage of some but not all drugs, and changes in the coverage limits.
