Payment of Premiums

Premium Payment Options are:

• Pay the insurance company with a signed check
• Authorize the insurance company to electronically deduct the premium from your checking account (contact your bank/credit union and/or your insurance agent for assistance).
• Deducted from your monthly Social Security check*

*However, since this method failed to work for some people in 2006, it is not recommended.
